TERMS AND SHIPPING POLICIES

To keep our prices low we require a $100.00 minimum on all orders.
All prices are FOB Paramount, California (Los Angeles area). If you don’t pick up at our warehouse, you’ll have to pay for shipping. Ask your sales rep about low freight or freight guarantee deals (some restrictions apply).
All prices, case packs, inner packs, minimum and packaging may change at any time without notice.
In the unlikely event you have a shortage or damage claim, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Have the damaged merchandise available for pick up or no credit can be issued. Sorry, no exceptions. Many items we offer for sale are purchased and moved to our warehouse based on orders we receive from our customers. Any order canceled is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.

Export orders have a Minimum order of $2,000 USD and must be paid by Bank wire transfer.
